You must either be the sole lawful owner of the materials you are submitting to ESP for replication, or have the legal rights to have us perform these services. If you are not the original owner of the materials submitted to ESP for replication then you must provide us with documentation proving that you have obtained all necessary rights and clearances. ESP has worked closely with the RIAA and the FBI to bring pirates to justice. We are pleased to have been involved in the successful prosecution of these criminals. ESP will continue its efforts to eliminate music and software piracy.
Please do not ask ESP Inc. to replicate materials that do not rightfully belong to you!
