PAYMENT - An advance deposit of 75% is required to secure services. Work will not start without a deposit.
- The remaining balance will be due upon completion and before shipping any product.
- Partial shipments are only available with payment in full of complete order.
- Cash, certified check, money order, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Any final payments made with a personal or company check will require 10 working days to clear.
- Other payment terms are available upon request & credit verification.
- Any account exceeding Net Terms will be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5%.
- Clients whose checks are returned for any reason will be charged $20.00 per check.
- ESP, Inc. shall have a lien on all clients' tapes and other materials until full payment for any due or outstanding account is received.
BILLING - Actual quantities billed will not exceed +/- 10% of quantities ordered.
- Customers will be billed for actual quantities shipped.
- Artwork supplied that does not meet ESP specifications will be subject to extra charges.
- A New York State Tax Exempt Certificate is required for any shipments to NY State or sales tax will be added to your invoice.
PRICING - Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are F.O.B. Buffalo, NY 14228.
PICKUP & SHIPPING - All shipments shall be made UPS regular carrier unless other advance arrangements are made.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and delivery charges, including any possible returns or reshipments.
- Customers must call to schedule an appointment to pick up their product.
GUARANTEE - ESP, Inc. guarantees products unconditionally against defects in quality and workmanship.
- ESP, Inc. guarantees that the quality of your final product will meet or exceed the quality of your approved art and audio proofs.
- ESP, Inc. guarantees that your final product will meet or exceed the quality of your supplied master and art files.
- ESP, Inc. limits liability to rerun or refund (at our option) on services performed, providing that the product is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or material. Reruns or refunds will only be for quantities returned. No product is replaced or credit given if more than sixty (60) days after delivery of product.
- ESP, Inc. does not guarantee, and will not be held liable, for defects or damages caused by materials purchased by the client from firms other than ESP, Inc.
- ESP, Inc. assumes no risk and makes no guarantee for the security of clients' material in production, storage, or delivery, or for delivery schedules, arrival times, delay, or detention of materials prepared for clients.
- ESP, Inc. assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement involving materials supplied for duplication.
- Client assumes sole responsibility for above mentioned risks.
